Terms & Conditions of Hire

1. Booking & Security Bond

  • Security Bond: A £75 deposit is required on top of your booking price.

  • Bond Return: The bond will be returned following your stay, provided the caravan is left in the same condition as found, with no damages or breaches of these terms.

  • Compliance: If any terms listed in this document are not abided by, this will result in you giving up the right of return of your security bond.

  • Booking Deposit: The booking deposit is non refundable.

2. Occupancy & Guests

  • Authorized Guests: Only persons named on the booking are authorized to stay.

  • Unauthorized Guests: No other persons are permitted to stay without prior written consent. Unauthorized guests will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

3. Caravan Rules & Hygiene

  • Footwear: To maintain the cleanliness of the caravan, no outdoor shoes are to be worn inside.

  • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the caravan.

  • Linens: Please note that towels and tea towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.

  • Utilities: Gas and electricity are included in the price of your stay.

  • Pets: Dogs only, to a maximum of two. Dogs are permitted on the basis that they are well behaved & house trained, they are not allowed up on any furniture, including sofas, seating & Beds, you are liable for costs associated with any soiling, damage or excessive cleaning required as a result of your dogs stay.

4. Damages & Maintenance

  • Arrival Inspection: Please report any pre-existing damage found upon arrival immediately.

  • During Your Stay: All damages occurring during your stay must be reported immediately.

  • Liability: Guests are liable for the full cost of any repairs or replacements required due to damage caused during their stay.

5. Facilities & Passes

  • Entertainment: Please note that entertainment passes are not included in the booking price. These must be purchased separately via the link sent to your email by Haven or at the park reception.

6. Parking & External Areas

  • Parking: You may park outside the caravan.

  • Inclement Weather: In the event of heavy rain or soft ground, we strongly suggest moving your vehicle to a nearby hard-standing car park.

  • Tractor Recovery: If your vehicle becomes stuck in the grass, you are responsible for any costs associated with being pulled out by a tractor.

7. Payments & Cancellations

  • Booking Deposit: The £100 deposit is non-refundable in the event of any cancellation.

  • Refund Policy (Stay Value): Refund amounts for the cost of your stay are calculated based on notice given:

    • 12 weeks or more before the stay: 100% refund of the stay value.

    • 11 to 8 weeks before the stay: 50% refund of the stay value.

    • Less than 8 weeks before the stay: 0% refund (No refund provided).
